Returns
If for some reason you need to
return an item to Fat Ruby simply call us at 866-fatruby or email us at:
customerservice@fatruby.com for a Return Authorization (RA)
number.
In your email please
include:
- Your name
- Shipping or billing address
- Your order number
- The item(s) you are returning
- The reason for the
return
To ensure quick and proper credit,
you need to include the RA # on the return shipping label.

manufacturers boxes that are marked or damaged.
- Credit will not be given for
merchandise that is damaged or used, unless it is defective.

Shipping
Information
Fat Ruby offers a "Shipping Super Saver". This servic is only valid in the continental
United States and does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. If a customer chooses
this shipping rate, Fat Ruby will ship your product the most economical way.
This could be USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Fat Ruby also offers the following
expedited shipping service:
- UPS Next Day
Air Saver
- UPS 2-Day Air
- UPS 3-Day Select
The shipping charges for all
expedited services are calculated based on weight or Dimensional weight and
ship-to zip code.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern
Standard Time will ship the NEXT business day.
All expedited services are
calculated using business days.
Example:
An order with a service
of "UPS Next Day Air Saver" that is placed on a Friday after 3:00 pm will
not ship until Monday of the next week and will not be delivered until
Tuesday.

Actual
shipping charges will NOT be credited on refused orders or
orders with bad or incorrect addresses. Since Fat Ruby subsidizes most
shipping charges, your credit holdback may exceed the published shipping
prices. This applies, even if the order was sent out with free shipping.
